Start date: 2019 Credentials: DVM
Dr. Lindsey hails from Northern Alberta, where she embarked on her veterinary journey at the age of 14, starting as a kennel and veterinary assistant. She pursued her undergraduate studies at the University of Alberta before obtaining her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in 2008. Since then, her career has taken her on diverse paths, including practicing Mixed Animal Medicine in rural Alberta, serving in a single doctor practice in the Edmonton area, taking on locum veterinary positions in the United Kingdom while residing in France with her now husband, and contributing to general small animal practice in Miami, Florida.
Since 2019, she has been an integral part of the Animal Hospital of Cambridge team after relocating to the Waterloo area.
In her spare time, Lindsey enjoys hiking, reading, crafting, playing tenor saxophone and spending time with her husband, two young kids, and two fur babies —a 19-year-old cat and a resilient three-legged, one-eyed Jack Russel mix.
